About
Glider PRO, by John Calhoun, is described as the classic Macintosh paper-airplane game. Aerofoil is an open-source port of Glider PRO built from the 2016 release of the original game's source code and assets. It includes every house from the CD-ROM release, a level editor, and tools for extracting and importing existing user-made Macintosh levels, running on Windows, Android, macOS, and web with a UI theme meant to recreate the original's classic look.
Getting started
On Windows, certain overlay software is known to make the game take a long time to start and cause laggy controls; quitting that overlay software before launching is recommended if this happens.
Known limitations
- platform: Android version has been discontinued and will no longer be available after August 2025.
