This repository provides a plaintext extraction of the original Commodore 64 "Hägar the Horrible" game source code. The source was released in 2021 in a hard-to-use format (Turbo Assembler binaries inside a D64 disk image); the maintainer extracted and converted the files using the VICE emulator's tools and TMPview so the source can be studied as plain text. The original release includes the German and English game versions, two promotional demos, and both the uncompiled and compiled source code.
