About
Imperialism is a 1997 turn-based strategy game developed by Frog City Software and published by Strategic Simulations, in which the player rules a 19th-century nation aiming for world dominance through conquest or diplomacy. It was followed by a sequel, Imperialism II: Age of Exploration. Imperialism Remake is an open-source, Python-based project to build a game closely modeled on the original Imperialism, with a player manual maintained on Read the Docs and a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768. Development appears to have halted, and it's currently listed as unplayable.
