Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a 1992 platform game developed by Sega Technical Institute for the Sega Genesis, in which players control Sonic (and new sidekick Tails) across side-scrolling levels, collecting rings and fighting Doctor Robotnik to stop him powering his Death Egg space station. ktes2 is a disassembly-based project built on Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis, presented by its own README strictly for informational and educational purposes, with commercial use of its contents expressly prohibited.
