About
Millipede is Atari's 1982 arcade fixed shooter, a sequel to Centipede with more insect enemies and gameplay variety. Monsters and Mushrooms is a remake of the Atari arcade version of Millipede, written in Python 2.x with Pygame by Don E. Llopis in 2007.
How it differs from the original
It uses its own graphics by Don E. Llopis and sound by Ricardo de Luna, and is controlled with the keyboard instead of the arcade's trackball.
Getting started
Requires Python 2.x and Pygame. Move with the arrow keys, fire with Left Ctrl or Space, and exit with Esc.
