About
Moonstone: A Hard Days Knight is a 1991 action role-playing game by Rob Anderson, published by Mindscape for the Amiga, with an MS-DOS version following in 1992. OpenMoonstone is an open-source reimplementation of Moonstone written in Rust with SDL2, tested on Windows and Ubuntu. Screenshots show a four-player practice mode and a campaign map still in development; it is not yet fully playable.
Getting started
Download a Windows build from the releases page, extract a DOS copy of the original game, rename the folder to moonstone and place it in the resources directory, then run the executable. Full screen can be enabled in the configuration file.
