About
Pokémon Red Version and Blue Version are 1996 Game Boy role-playing games by Game Freak and Nintendo, the first titles in the Pokémon series, later followed by an enhanced Pokémon Yellow version. Pokémon Red++ is an updated version of Pokémon Red built on top of the pokered disassembly. It fixes bugs left over from the original Red and Blue and adds new features, building both a "Normal" and a harder "Hard" version that differ only in level curve. Development appears to have halted.
How it differs from the original
Beyond bug fixes, it adds new features not in the original Red and Blue and offers two build variants — Normal and a harder Hard version — that differ in level curve.
