Pokémon Ruby Version and Sapphire Version are 2002 Game Boy Advance role-playing games by Game Freak, the first installments in the series' third generation; a third version, Pokémon Emerald, followed two years later, and 3DS remakes (Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire) were released in 2014. pokeruby is a disassembly of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire for the Game Boy Advance, rebuilding both original ROMs entirely from source code.
