About
Mario Party is a 1998 Nintendo 64 party game developed by Hudson Soft and published by Nintendo, supervised by Shigeru Miyamoto, aimed at a young audience and known for its multiplayer minigame format; it was the first entry in the long-running Mario Party series. SuperTuxParty is a free, open-source party game built to replicate the feel of games like Mario Party, developed with the Godot Engine (currently version 4.2). It's distributed under the GNU GPL v3 (with separate licenses for art, music, shaders, and fonts) and supports local multiplayer.
How it differs from the original
SuperTuxParty uses entirely original assets and does not require or reuse any Mario Party game data.
Getting started
Download it from itch.io, the project's own website, or Flathub; the game runs on Linux, macOS, Windows, and Android with local multiplayer support.
