About
Wordle is a web-based word-guessing game created by Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle, in which players get six attempts to guess a five-letter word with color-coded tile feedback, and everyone plays the same daily puzzle; it was itself inspired by Mastermind. Sutom Game is a web-based word-guessing game built with the T3 Stack (Next.js 13+ App Router, TypeScript, TailwindCSS), similar to Wordle but supporting the French AZERTY keyboard layout, with rich sound feedback and a responsive, mobile-friendly design.
How it differs from the original
Unlike standard Wordle, the first letter of the target word is given as a hint from the start, the game supports the AZERTY keyboard layout for French players, and a custom target word can be set via a base64-encoded URL parameter rather than always drawing from a fixed daily word.
Getting started
Guess the target word, with the first letter given as a hint; each guess must be a complete word, and after submitting, letters are colored green (correct letter and position), yellow (correct letter, wrong position), or gray (letter not in the word). Both a physical keyboard and an on-screen virtual keyboard are supported.
