About
Tabletop Simulator is a tabletop-game sandbox from Berserk Games, released in June 2015 as their debut title after a successful 2014 crowdfunding campaign, letting players play and create tabletop games in a multiplayer physics sandbox. Tabletop Club is an open-source, physics-driven 3D tabletop sandbox built with the Godot Engine for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It supports both online multiplayer, hosted with a shareable room code and no login required, and offline singleplayer, with content added through a modular, easy-to-make asset-pack system rather than built-in licensed board games.
How it differs from the original
Unlike Tabletop Simulator, Tabletop Club requires no login or sign-up to host or join online games, and its code and default content are entirely free and open-source rather than commercially sold.
Getting started
Players can download an official binary or compile the game from source, then host or join a game by sharing a room code; custom board games, models, and other content can be added through asset packs, documented on the project's own documentation site.
