Fallout 3, known by its development codename Van Buren, was a role-playing game developed by Black Isle Studios and canceled in 2003 before release, intended as the third mainline Fallout game. VBEditor is a heavily work-in-progress editor for the proprietary file formats used in the canceled Fallout game Van Buren, currently offering full support for its .MAP and .CRT file formats.
