Hextris

HaltedPlayableWeb

Based on Tetris

About

Tetris is a puzzle video game created by Soviet software engineer Alexey Pajitnov in the mid-1980s, in which falling four-block tetrominoes are arranged to clear horizontal lines; its core gameplay has been reused in roughly 220 versions across at least 70 platforms. Hextris is a web-based puzzle game inspired by Tetris, playable directly in the browser with no installation required. It's licensed under the GPLv3, and while no longer very actively maintained, the creators say they still review issues and pull requests.
