Boulder Dash is a 1984 maze-based puzzle game by Peter Liepa and Chris Gray, released by First Star Software, in which the player tunnels through dirt as Rockford to collect diamonds while avoiding falling boulders. Javascript BoulderDash is an HTML5 remake of Boulder Dash playable directly in a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or IE9+), released under the MIT license. Development has halted, with a remaining TODO to optimize sprite-scaling performance.
