About
This is the official source code release of Natural Selection, the Half-Life modification by Charlie Cleveland and Unknown Worlds Entertainment. The code is licensed under the GPL, except for bundled third-party code (the Half-Life 1 SDK, FMOD 3.7.5, Lua 5.0 and a particle system library), which is excluded and needs its own license.
History
The release carries a 2014 Unknown Worlds copyright notice; the original code and design are credited to Charlie Cleveland, with contributions from Karl Patrick, Petter Rønningen, Harry Walsh and others.

- The Half-Life 1 SDK portion may only be used to make and distribute modified Valve games free of charge.
