About

2048 is a single-player sliding tile puzzle game written by Gabriele Cirulli, originally in JavaScript and CSS, released on GitHub as free and open-source software on 9 March 2014 under the MIT License, with iOS and Android versions following in May 2014. py2048-coolin is a Python implementation of 2048, distributed on PyPI and installed via pip; on first run it downloads a font to the user's data directory and creates a local JSON save file.

Getting started

Install it with pip, then run it with a short command from the terminal; the first run automatically downloads a font and creates a save file.
