Shining Force CD is a 1994 tactical role-playing game by Sonic! Software Planning for the Sega CD, itself a remake of the Game Gear's Shining Force Gaiden games, and now considered one of the best Sega CD titles. SFCDRE is a collaborative project reverse-engineering Shining Force CD for the Sega CD.
