Beyond All Reason

Beyond All Reason (BAR) is an open-source real-time strategy game built on the Recoil RTS engine, made up of a lobby/launcher application (Chobby) and this repository's Lua-based game code. It is under active development and is normally obtained as a full downloadable application rather than built directly from this repository.

Getting started

Players install the full Beyond All Reason application from its official website; this repository instead holds the moddable Lua game code, which developers can swap into a local "dev mode" copy of the installed game for testing changes before they reach the main release.
