The Secret Chronicles of Dr. M. began as a fork of Secret Maryo Chronicles; SMC's own readme confirms it is no longer under active development and points players to TSC as the new game built from it, and TSC additionally adds in-game scripting to its level editor. Mari0 is a separate, unrelated project — a Portal/Mario mashup built on the LÖVE engine — with much less documented here beyond that.
