About
eRampage is a free, open-source port (based on EDuke32 and the Build engine) that lets you run games from the Redneck Rampage series — Redneck Rampage, Redneck Rampage Rides Again, and Suckin' Grits on Route 66 — using your own copies of the original game data files. Redneck Deer Huntin' is not yet supported. Windows binaries are provided; Linux users need to build it from source.
How it differs from the original
Redneck Deer Huntin', one of the games in the original series, is explicitly not yet supported by this port.
Getting started
You need the original Redneck Rampage disc files (redneck.grp, tables.dat, lookup.dat), which get copied into specific subfolders alongside the eRampage binaries depending on which game or add-on you own; the Cuss Pack add-on requires launching with an extra command-line flag pointing at its data file.
History
The project was originally hosted on Google Code (as erampage) before being exported to GitHub.
